What is print-on-demand?
Print-on-demand (POD) means your item is made especially for you after you place your order. Instead of mass production, each product is created one at a time, reducing waste and keeping things sustainable. That way, you get something unique and fresh—just for you!
How does the shipping work out?
Since our products are made on demand by two main providers, production usually takes 2–7 business days before shipping. Once your order is ready, it’s shipped directly from the facility closest to you. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but we’ll always provide you with tracking info once your order is on the way.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Every piece is made just for you. Please allow 2–7 days business days for us to create your order before it ships.
- All orders are made to order (no bulk waste).
- Production takes 2–7 business days depending on the product.
- You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Estimated Shipping Times:
- Standard delivery usually takes 5–10 business days (depending on your location).
- Standard international delivery usually takes 10–30 business days (depending on your location).
General estimated shipping time by country:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 8–17 business days
- Mexico: 8–15 business days
- International: 10–30 business days
(Shipping times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.)
How are bundle/set products sent?
Some bundles may arrive in separate packages to ensure everything gets to you safe and sound. But don’t worry — your full order is on its way!
How to apply for a refund?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. So, if your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, let us know within 30 days, and we’ll make it right.
Contact us via email at stargift.giftstore@gmail.com or on the Contact Us page. Remember to attach a picture of the damage and the ID/Receipt of the product.
We will notify you to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or get a reshipment of the damaged product within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at stargift.giftstore@gmail.com.
For lost packages, reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we’ll help with a refund or reshipment. No need to return the damaged product.
NOT COVERED: Color swaps, change-of-mind returns, or size-changes
